Audit Senior Manager/ Director with Partnership Potential Contract Permanent

Goldhawk Associates are working with a reputable firm based in North Kent who are looking to appoint a Senior Manager/Director with Partnership potential. They are looking for an ambitious accountant looking for that step up to further their career. This is newly appointed position brought about due to business needs. They are looking for someone with an Audit specialism and RI and can offer the opportunity to in the future joining the Partnership and leadership team.

Based in North Kent they are an established Firm of accountants who have a very strong reputation of excellence and have a clear strategy and CPD in place. This role is to take on part of the portfolios of the current Partners with a view to developing and increasing the portfolio with recognition and reward for new business developed.

You will be ACA/ACCA with an Audit background and RI status
You must have previous portfolio management experience
You must have previous business development experience
Be able to demonstrate staff management
You can either have experience in the Kent market or be looking to move out of London
A strong personality is key as dealing with a varied client base is integral to the role and the current structure of the team
