Working with a prestigious retail organisation that has been operational for more than 100 years with an enviable global network and reputation for providing superior products and service across multiple sporting domains.
You will be responsible for communicating with cross functional teams to assist with delivering an ambitious digital road map that will connect the dots between order and dispatch. The new digital storefronts which are delivering significant increase in business revenue mean that enhancements must be made across demand planning and forecasting, ensuring continual stock supply to keep up with increasing supply and processing times.
You will be solution orientated and driven to investigate and drive change across the business to ensure a continual flow of communication across all teams, alongside developing new processes to keep up with the evolving business pressures.
Driven by efficiency, comfortable analysing large data sets, and finding satisfaction through implementing new business processes that in turn drive company successes will be your key drivers.
What you’ll need
You should be able to demonstrate –
1.1-3 years’ experience in business solutions role (Business analysis, Business Change, Business Process Engineering etc.)
2.Solution orientated mindset
3.Exposed to working with large data sets
4.Intermediate to advanced Excel user
5.Enthusiastic and motivated by creating efficiency
6.Strong communicator and able to converse with cross-functional teams
·Knowledge of MS Nav
·Experienced within manufacturing / distribution / logistics
·BA/MA in STEM subject
