This is a great opportunity for someone actively studying towards a professional qualification such as AAT, CIMA or ACCA who is looking to take their next step into a business partnering and analytical position.

Key skills include:

• Creation of management tools to ensure correct use of systems in line with procedures and policies
• Regular price analysis of stock to ensure accuracy of FIFO values
• Ensure accuracy and recognition of all additional calculated elements on stocks
• Reporting on inventory levels in the warehouse on a monthly basis
• Reporting on wastage, shrinkage, positive and negative adjustments to stock i.e.safeguarding the liquid assets of the business
• Assist in the financial modelling of business cases and financial plans for relevant proposals to drive improvement
• Preparing and reviewing trend analysis and providing commentary and insights thereon as part of the monthly reporting process
• Continuous improvement of system use to reflect changing needs and activities within the business
• Presenting key analytical findings to variety of non-financial stakeholders within the business to drive performance forward
