Finance Transformation Lead (Ref: J11524) Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Processes and Systems Implementation professional to join progressive and growth orientated mid-Kent based business.

The focus of the role will be to develop and deliver standard finance processes and controls across the businesses financial functions.

Key deliverables include:
• ERP System rollout.
• Standardise processes and controls across the finance functions.
• Deliver saleability for easy on-boarding of future acquisitions.
• Allow measurement and targeting of KPI performance across transactional finance functions, driving productivity and scalability.
• Drive change across the business to ensure policies and processes are communicated and adhered to.

You will ideally be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) who is able to demonstrate a good understanding of process and controls framework, accounting system / ERP implementation experience and delivery of transformation & change, ideally across a group environment.

Salary on offer is c£70,000 – £80,000 DOE, plus generous hybrid working and other company benefits. #J11524
