Group Accountant 
Dartford 
£55,000 – £60,000 Per Annum

We are currently seeking two ambitious Group Accountants to join our client’s high-performing finance team. This unique opportunity offers exposure to all facets of Group Finance within a complex, rapidly growing global organisation.  Supporting a team that reports directly to the Group CFO, this role is pivotal in driving the strategic vision forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in producing quarterly consolidated financial results (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) within strict deadlines.
• Assist with the annual statutory Group audit.
• Play a crucial role in the development and global rollout of the consolidation and reporting system.
• Deliver monthly consolidated results and review reporting packs in alignment with FRS102.
• Conduct quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and manage Group Recharge overhead spend reporting.
• Support Group FP&A and Business Support Managers by monitoring key business KPIs, and conducting customer and supplier reviews.
• Engage in global finance projects, suggesting improvements and undertaking ad-hoc finance tasks as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with global staff and the Group CFO.

Selection Criteria:

• Part-qualified/newly qualified accountant with a solid foundation in technical accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and IT systems, preferably with experience in ERP/reporting systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS/FRS102.
• Organised, diligent, with strong problem-solving capabilities and a detail-oriented approach.
• Additional languages are a plus but not mandatory.
