HR Manager opportunity exists for a fast-paced growing business based in North Kent. You will work with the Head of HR to achieve strategy, business partner with the site whilst holding responsibility for the day to day management and running of the HR people function. You will provide the HR lead for all HR related activities eg restructures, redundancies, ensuring regular HR workshops with line Managers, creating full suite of JD’s, contributing to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices, overseeing absence management process and overseeing all sire disciplinaries and grievances. Applicants should be CIPD qualified with generalist HR experience.
