A newly created Sales Director opportunity, with an extremely forward-thinking organisation, who have doubled in size in the past 2 years. They are Private Equity backed and remain extremely acquisitive with huge growth plans over the next couple of years, which has led to the creation of this brand-new position of Sales Director.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be leading a fast-paced sales function within the Managed Services space. Tasked with the delivery of sales strategies across the business, with a clear focus on delivering agreed sales and revenue targets as well as developing and enhancing the existing structure.
You will have demonstrable in-depth experience and success, in leading, coaching and developing teams to new name wins. A background in managed services/solutions as well as a broad understanding of the technology industry, including trends, service providers and the technologies on offer.
A best practice advocate, who is process driven and operates at ease within a structured environment. You will commercially shrewd, a strategic thinker with the ability to ensure the sales function works seamlessly with all areas/business functions.
The Sales Director will be numerically astute, able to forecast accurately and enjoy working with various data sets to measure performance and drive positive change. A team player & relationship builder, both internally and externally with a natural presentation and influencing skills.
