School Leaver/Graduate Trainee role in Accountancy

I am supporting a large innovative and modern firm of accountants based near Tunbridge Wells who are looking to appoint a trainee who is either a school leaver or a graduated looking to develop a career in accountancy. They require a solid academic history with a minimum of B’s in GCSE Maths & English and 3 B’s at A Level and a 2.1 degree. This is for their September intake but they are recruiting now.

They will support your studies and will trainee you initially in AAT or if a graduate, on Level 4 AAT and then you will move over to ACA studies. They offer a rotation program in audit, accounts and tax and then you will be able to specialise. You will work across the teams and the role will be defined to suit your skill set and fit. You will have support and training enabling you to develop your skills in general accounting, bookkeeping , tax and advisory services and will work within teams to provide support and guidance to their client base.

They offer £17,500 – £19,000 base salary depending on the level of intake, bonuses on passing exams and they tailor your study package depending on how you like to study. They also offer flexible working and a very comprehensive benefits package focused on staff welfare and satisfaction.
