Overview of the role
As the Telesales Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing a team of Telesales Executives. You will be a hands-on leader who is used to rolling their sleeves up and leading by example. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in helping us shape and develop the team, working closely with other senior leaders in the business. You will be working towards both personal and team targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Day to day motivation and management of a team of Telesales Executives
• Developing a robust training program for all new starters
• Setting and appraising performance in relation to Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Motivating the team and leading by example
• Working alongside the team, contacting prospective clients and booking appointments for our Senior Account Managers
• Carrying out regular performance reviews and appraisals, in conjunction with the Head of Talent & Development
• This is not an exhaustive list of duties and is subject to review on a regular basis.
Person Specification
Previous experience leading a team of Telesales Executives, working to own personal quota Ability to inspire and motivate a team and ensure they are meeting their targets and KPIs Capability to train and up-skill a team of Telesales Executives
Excellent communication skills, listening skills and coaching skills
Goal and results driven individual
Experience of carrying out performance reviews and appraisals
