Exciting opportunity to join a growing company and friendly HR Team based in Maidstone on a six month contract basis. You will have at least 2 years HR experience and be competent in all aspects of generalist HR. The role will initially be in the office for onboarding and then offer a blended working from home and in the office approach.
Duties
– supporting the HR Director and HR Manager in providing HR support to all areas of the business
– working with the business to translate HR Strategy into clear objectives
– providing and undertaking administrative support and procedures relating to a wide range of HR activities including redundancy & outplacement, ER, Reward Issues, Terms & Conditions of Employment, Policies and Procedures and Training
– Supporting the HR Shared Service Team with employee queries, being first point of contact and escalating where necessary
– Collating HR management information
– Managing starter and leaver process
– Assisting with implementing HR policies, processes and procedure
– Managing employee training
– Generating HR correspondance
– Working with HR Administrators and Assistants
– Supporting on HR projects
Salary £25,000 – £28,000 pro rata
