Exciting Interim role has arisen for either an HR Advisor to support a senior HRBP for at least 6 months duration (opportunity to extend) to start as soon as possible based in East Kent.You will be supporting to drive a number of organisational change initiatives, working closely with a Senior HRBP concluding current projects and working on a new group-wide re-design project. Ideally applicants should be CIPD qualified, have recent HR experience in an employee focussed role, with experience of managing change from day to day consultations and documentation, writing and grading Hay job description working with all levels of staff throughout the process.
