Partnering with our Client to recruit an in-house Recruitment function responsible for providing an efficient and effective recruitment service for all employees.
As a Talent Administrator, you will be working within the Talent team, organisation skills and attention to detail are a must, combined with the ability to work to changing demands and priorities. The workload is varied; therefore, your ability to prioritise your work as well as working as part of a team is essential
Key responsibilities will include:
·Ensuring compliance for all candidates placed in to work including DBS applications and references
·Maintain candidate compliance database
·Assisting in the resourcing of new candidates
·Uploading vacancies for job advertising and responding to all applications
·Arranging interviews
·Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
·Provide support and address all enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
·Supporting the team to ensure compliance with all legal and statutory obligations
·Completing audits and document checks

·Strong communication abilities
·Understanding of relevant employment legislation to ensure compliance with departmental and safe recruitment processes.
·The ability to use of Microsoft Office tools
·The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
