Training Coordinator
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Coordinator to join a growing organisation. Working in conjunction with HR and line managers you will be responsible for putting together a robust, cost effective and strong training programme for staff as well as running all aspects of Training Administration and organisation.
You need to understand competencies and have strong data management skills. Initially you be responsible for analysing statistics and coordinating and sorting data to produce reports for managers. You need to have experience of working within a regulatory organisation and idea of compliance.
If you are able to provide Core Skills and mandatory Training this is an advantage as the role may develop to deliver training.
