Exciting opportunity for someone with a recruitment compliance background to join a growing organisation based in East Kent. You will be responsible for the development of processes around compliance and ensuring that these are adhered to. Ideally you will have worked in a regulated industry doing a similar role and have strong process improvement experience
Duties
– Supporting all applications and appointments across all sites
– Ensuring all appointments are fully compliant with RTW documentation, references and DBS checks
– Leading the compliance process and ensuring cycle times are kept at the right level
– Providing advice and resolving compliance issues
– Ensuring all candidates are screened in line with strict policies and procedures and government legislation
– Auditing candidates
– Working with managers and third parties
– Reviewing and developing compliance processes
– Supporting the talent team
Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
