Client 16 – Louisa

I was contacted by Louisa from Goldhawk Associates regarding an opening in my previous field, and was given plenty of details and advice ahead of the interview. As I was snowed under with other projects at that time, Louisa was dogged in her determination to keep in touch and make sure everything ran smoothly to the satisfaction of both parties, and remains contactable after securing the role. I cannot fault my Goldhawk experience one bit; diligent, professional, courteous – and unlike some I have encountered in this field, it has been a genuine pleasure to chat on the telephone with her as if we had known each other for ages.
