Opportunity to join a large organisation based on the outskirts of London. You will be an experienced HR Advisor with strong ER skills looking to move to a role that has a strong ER focus. A CIPD Qualification would be beneficial.
– providing an ER service to employees and managers
– dealing with disciplinary and grievances as well as performance management issues
– supporting with TUPE transfers
– ensure that procedures are followed according to best practice
– dealing with all associated administrative tasks
Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
