Exciting and unusual opportunity to join a successful and growing company based on the outskirts of Maidstone in an HR Assistant role within a friendly and supportive HR Team. You will either be an HR Administrator looking for the next step or a graduate with some practical HR or office experience and a desire to pursue a career in HR. The role will offer some hybrid working.
Duties
– Reporting to the HR Manager you will work closely with the HR Assistants to provide administrative assistance with recruitment, contracts and other general ad hoc duties
– Rebranding Job Descriptions
– Ensuring roles are advertised
– Uploading jobs to job boards
– Filtering CVs when required
– Scheduling Interviews and providing feedback
– Making offers of employment
– Helping HR Assistants with paperwork for new starters
– LinkedIn CV Management
– Using the HR System to create, update and maintain files
– Other ad hoc administrative duties
Salary £20,000 – £25,000 depending on experience
