Opportunity to join multi-academy trust based in the Swale area. You will have at least 2 years generalist HR experience, ideally within an education setting. CIPD Level 3 would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
Duties
– supporting the delivery of HR across the academy trust
– be a point of contact to employees for HR matters
– maintaining personnel records
– all aspects of absence management
– updating payroll information
– monitoring leave
– supporting the HR officers
– other ad hoc duties
