Duties
– Providing an HR service to staff within the Care Home
– Arranging and undertaking basic training requirements
– Responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within the home
Ideally you will be CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
This role is working 2-3 days a week and will report into the Care Home Manager and Regional HR Business Partner
Salary c£25,000
