Main responsibilities will include:
– Developing talent planning and conducting reviews and performance management
– Implementing strategic HR initiatives whilst providing consultation and coaching
– Enhancing organisational structures whilst interpreting HR data
– Driving change management efforts with restructuring
– Leading complex ER investigations
