Growing and successful company based at Kingshill is looking to recruit a Reward & Benefits Manager. You will have a strong HR reward/benefits background and experience of the reward and benefits frameworks as well as an understanding of UK employment legislation. Must have relevant experience especially around benchmarking. The role is full time and permanent with agile working 1 or 2 days a week after probation.
Reporting into the Head of Payroll and Benefits you will be responsible for the end-to-end annual salary and bonus compensation process and providing benchmarking / analysis in this area. You will also provide support to the wellbeing and D&I initiatives, and work on a variety of projects related to employee rewards and benefits, performance management, job architecture and benchmarking. You will also provide support to key stakeholders in the HR function, and manage partner relationships with the benefit providers, to include the management of annual renewals of all schemes, systems upkeep and HMRC compliance
Salary £45,000, car allowance £5,500 and Managers bonus plan 15%
